Consulting, Planning, Detail engineering
Our consulting and planning are carried out from a single source together with our partner the ELKA based in Krefeld. With an experienced team of engineers from the fields of plant construction and electrical engineering as well as competent software specialists we create individual solutions custom – made to your production plant and designed to meet future requirements.
Manufacturing, Assembly and Installation supervision as well as Commissioning
With the exception of a few purchased parts all components are designed and manufactured in-house by our sister company DAS in Czech Republic. Thus, our engineers work hand in hand with the construction and the manufacturing, thus we guarantee an optimal manufacturing quality and we have the full availability on the manufacturing as well as with the optimization and advancement of our plants we have short information ways.
All assembly work is carried out by trained technicians and welders and supervised by our experienced site managers. At regular intervals and to the milestones, the work is checked by our project engineers on site.
With the commissioning of our plants on site and the training of the plant operators, we hand over our systems to our customers.
The delivery, installation and commissioning of the electrical equipment as well as the automation is carried out by our longstanding partner the ELKA based in Krefeld.
After-Sales-Service
After commissioning and handover of our equipment you will be supported by our service engineers from the After Sales Service.
• Advice and further training on general air pollution control equipment and process technology as well as on the operation of our systems.
• Solution finding and advice on later changes of the raw gas parameters or other process parameters
• On-site inspections of our equipment by specially trained service technicians and engineers
• Optimization of the energy balance of existing systems including through the installation of batch preheaters, frozen cullet systems, heat exchangers for hot water treatment or electricity generation or the installation of recuperators for heating
• Extension and adaptation of existing systems to new operating conditions or stricter emission standards
• Providing and assembly of spare and wear parts
